I had the best massage I have had in a long time! They had to change locations at the last minute due to HVAC issues at their normal location. I misjudged the time it would take to get there and was a little late. I was bummed because I knew I was going to not have as long of a session due to being late. Christian, the massage therapist, went right up to the end time. Usually, they end 5-8 minutes early for time to get dressed, etc. I was so appreciative of this! 5 stars for Christian!

James has made my life easier (serious lowback pain) and Max has been helpful, too. So happy to have been forced into constant massages. The cost is unacceptable but James is so exceptional, I keep coming back.

I’m not the biggest fan of massage envy because of lack of availability for massages. Their membership rules are also not the best. I was a member long ago and last year I was gifted a years worth of massages. It was hard to book any at first but since I found Monica I’ve been booking my massages months in advance because I know her massages will never disappoint. She has made me not completely give up on this gift. Her massages are the best. She makes me feel comfortable during the whole session, constantly checks in on me and the quality of them are always consistent. I will keep coming back as long as Monica is here. The five stars are all for Monica.
