The staff was incredibly friendly and patient even when I showed up a bit after closing! The explanation of the inspection for my car was so clear and they didn’t try to get me to spend any money I didn’t need to. In fact I paid less than my original estimate!

From making the appointment with Jenn, through my conversation with Steve who answered all my questions on the diagnostic report patiently, respectfully, and clearly and helped me structure what needed to be done immediately and why and what could wait, plus being able to pick up the car sooner than I expected that day, this place is the best.
