This company is amazing! They did work on one of my rental properties in the area and I couldn't be happier. My tenants said the workers kept the site very clean during the job, which only took a couple of days, and the salesman was great at explaining the entire process prior to the work starting. Initially, I was worried about any extra out of pocket costs, but just like my salesman told me, if anything was added, they would notify my insurance company in advance for me, and I only had to pay my deductible. He was right! Plus, after checking my insurance policy against the latest building codes, they found out that my roof qualified for a upgrade from my insurance company! I can't believe how much better my roof looks now! Thanks Legacy! I will definitely recommend you in the future. Great job!
