Communication to residents is terrible. They pass the buck & don't let us know about anything that's happening until right before they leave for the day so that we can't bother them w/questions.

The price is less exorbitant than others in the area, location. Overpriced for the poor upkeep of the property grounds & the apartments & for having to deal with the constant turnover office staff.
