Asked if they could help me lengthen the halter on my dress within a couple of days.
They were gracious enough to make it happen although it normally requires 2 weeks.

They worked absolute magic on a dress for me. I'd bought it for a friend's wedding and didn't have time to return it and get something else before the event, but the fit was terrible (waist, shoulder seams, the volume of fabric at the hips, and the neckline were all off). They asked me what I wanted changed, really listened to me, and fixed everything as discussed. The turnaround time was somewhat quicker even than promised and the price was as agreed. If you're looking for a highly skilled and reliable tailor, this is the place. Sidenote: for fellow plus size people, they were respectful and weight neutral in dealing with me.
