This is the second review that I have written. Both reviews have been 5 stars. I just needed to add that Kramer Cremation has been incredibly helpful. I researched and called various places to make sure I could take my mother's ashes out of the country. It all seemed to be OK, but I decided to check one more time. A wonderful staff member at Kramer suggested I go the consulate in person. I had already received emailed information from the consulate, but I was not confident all was in order. Kramer and their staff have been wonderful in such a difficult time. You can tell that they really care about what they do. Our family has had to use them four times in the last year or so and would recommend them to anyone that needs burrial/cremation services.

We have used their services several times, most recently for my father (Cyphers) and they handle our loved ones with so much care. We got multiple updates along the way of the process and they were always available when I had questions. Kayle was wonderful and very helpful when we picked up the ashes. I would recommend them to all who need these services.
