I brought to K&N an expensive handmade wool rug for repair and cleaning. K&N quickly determined that the rug had moth damage. That’s right - moths! After calming down, I decided to bring all of our rugs in for a deep clean. Noury is just the best. We were treated with respect, honesty and fairness. He is a professional craftsman, and his years in the business are apparent. He takes pride in his work which is so hard to find these days. I could barely tell where the patch was on one of the rugs that actually had a hole in it! All the rugs look clean and like new. No need to shop around. I’ve already done the work for you. This is a family business and Khosrow Noury has been working there most of his life. A very interesting story. In addition, they took such great care with the 2 rugs I had cleaned and treated. I had wool eating moths really damage one of the two rugs and they made a really nice patch for it that is amazing. The other run was also cleaned and treated and it came back so beautiful it made me realize how dirty it had been. They are a wonderful group of people from Raoul who picked up and then delivered the rugs to Khosrow. They put their heart into everything they do - it’s very clear.
