After struggling with a different listing agent for weeks, I called Brendan Gustafson. Best and easiest call I had to make during this sale. Called Brendan on Monday. House was staged on Tuesday, needed repairs were identified and handled by his handyman, comparisons were reviewed and listing price determined. Great photography, drone, 3D walkthrough, and floorplans were completed on Wednesday as well as getting the property listed on the MLS. 15 showings scheduled for Friday as well as an open house scheduled for the weekend. Diane Sorensen did a FANTASTIC job on finding our forever home. She was super knowledgable from all aspects of the search, making the offer and getting the close accomplished.
