Jenna Tjossem-Robb, MD provided me excellent care over the past year. She listened to my concerns and symptoms and was able to make an accurate diagnosis that went undiagnosed for years prior to me seeing her. Because of her care, my symptoms and pain are kept at bay with medication. I cannot thank her enough for listening to me and providing thorough and thoughtful care.
Norman Spivy, OD was very thorough and his detailed explanations were easy to understand.Also, Paula in the optical department was very helpful and friendly in choosing eye glass frames. Her expertise made it easier to understand the slight differences in visibility and in understanding the lens options. I highly recommend both!
Best was everyone's friendliness but efficiency was also excellent. Lab results were very quick! Thank you!Dr. Allen's thoroughness was also terrific. All in all, a great visit.
