Someone from this company shows up unannounced, uninvited and tells your staff that they are here to inspect the fire extinguishers, then they send you a bill. More frustrating, one of the extinguishers they charged for was not inspected (not signed off on). Check with your local fire dept how often you need a professional inspection, and who is qualified to do so. Feels like the strategy of this company is to send people in and hope you don't know any better and then keep sending them in and sending you bills more frequently than needed. It is a headache to stop, just like an unsolicited subscription.

The professionalism and care shown by everybody my team and I interact with is outstanding. They are always quick to respond, very on top of regular scheduling, and immensely informative with my team, allowing us to maintain our equipment and keep everyone in the loop.

I tried to schedule an appointment for our co's fire extinguishers. Staff was great! Lexi was very polite and professional. The frustrating part was getting transferred to phone extensions, and nobody answered. I left voicemails and still heard nothing back. Cass came out to do the service. Great person! Awesome employee. Very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Don't let the phone issue dismiss this company. Their employees, especially the ones listed, excel!
