I intermittently need alterations, and Kim always does an excellent job at a fair price. I find her transparent, collaborative, and personable, and I just plain like her (and her dog)!
Great service. There have been small issues with timing that we're always fairly resolved (such as crediting my account). I've always had a great experience here. Don't listen to the bad reviews, she's a great, honest business owner!
I've been going to Kim and her shop for a few years now and have never been disappointed! Not only is Kim kind and thoughtful, she is very good at what she does. I've had both alterations as well as dry cleaning done, it's all been affordable and a quick turnaround time. Highly recommend!Service: Alterations
