    I got a notice that my jumpcloud password needed to be reset but I kept getting the message "denied" and couldn't reset it. That is what started the long process of finding out that something is seriously wrong with windows on my laptop. Nathan worked on it for 2 hours today and got it back up and running but could not connect my HP App to get my printer connected, so he figured out a workaround. It appears as though there is an overall issue with windows on my laptop. Really appreciate all the help and patience from Nathan. At least I can get back to work!

    Michael and his team are nothing but competent, friendly, and helpful in every sense of the word.
