I had to use a different business to come in and clear up a sewer back up at my house. The person from that company told me I had a serious leak and that it would cost me $16,000 to add a liner to my system to hopefully fix it. A friend told me about Hydro physics. They do not sell products and they do not sell sewer repair services. Instead, they just come in, take a video of your line and make recommendations based on what they see. Best money I've spent in a long time!

My neighbor told me it was crucial to have a sewer scope company that does NOT repair lines for it to be an unbiased quote. That's why I picked Hydro since they have no stake in the line being damaged or not-- they're there to do one job, not upsell.
Hydro was awesome! Tripp arrived promptly, answered all my questions, and worked cleanly.
We ended up getting the line replaced by another company. After, I sent the new video of the replacement to Tripp to double check and he was very responsive and helpful.
Highly recommend! Reasonable price, easy to book, family company. Hopefully we won't need them... read full review
