Sean returned my call quickly on a Sunday afternoon. He asked me basic questions about my issue and reassured me I do not have bedbugs if I am not finding absolutely any signs of poop or shed skin. I would trust him completely to be honest if you think you have a problem.
We called Sean due to a suspicion of bed bugs shared from someone staying with us. He was easy to get in touch with, came out immediately and conducted a fast and thorough inspection. He also talked through everything he was looking for and educated us on bed bugs throughout his inspection.
Turns out we are all clear and do not have bed bugs, but the peace of mind and knowledge that Sean provided was invaluable.

My 87 year old father had someone identify a potential bed bug problem. Sean went out quickly to his house, discovered there was nothing of concern and was totally honest about that fact! If I ever actually need his services I will call him first.
