Ian Thompson and his team are exceptional with their service. Very empathetic, attention to detail, ability to handle complex situations and great communication. I highly recommend them.
I have met Jordan Walters at the pre planning presentation and he was so kind he represented the pre planning. It was a great and understandable presentation. He covered all the issues about what to do or how to do when the love one passes this was the best presentation I ever participated, Jordan is a kind and compassionate person and very pleasant to talk to. He covered all the topics about the funeral home that everyone should know and be prepared when time comes. Because of him, we had my husbands service here and decided to preplan for myself and also my daughter. I called Horan&McConaty Funeral Service and Cremation after office hours, thinking that I would leave a message about arrangements for my cousin, who had died the day before. Minutes after leaving the message, I got a call from Dan Davis. Mr. Davis could not have been more sympathetic and helpful. I would have selected Horan&McConaty, for my cousin, but later found out her son was buried at a cemetery with an associated funeral home. It really didn’t make the process any easier using the associated funeral home, so I should have used Horan&McConaty.
