In the short time that I’ve lived at The Soleil, my experience with the maintenance team has been nothing but positive. Yesterday, I had an urgent maintenance issue and Travis and Anthony stopped to help right away. They followed up with me today and the issue is being addressed expeditiously. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and prompt responses!

No heads up about taking over the property until we couldn’t log onto our resident portals. Will need that rental history when I buy a house. No information whatsoever about the transfer. Not looking good so far.

This review is regarding a specific employee of Holland Residential. My thoughts on Holland as a management company would warrant 1 maybe 2 stars. The one thing I will say nicely about Holland Residential is that they hired SOME fabulous staff members.Scott Farmer in maintance had his work cut out for him at my apartment complex, The Promenade, has anever ending influx of maintenance issues.He went above and beyond to help address our issues and since he is so detail oriented, would take the time to actually fix things correctly and in a timely manner.As a female it can be uncomfortable being alone with a maintenance man.
