I am an employee and former tenant at Grebb properties.When we were presented with a new problem, Morey made sure that I went to classes and was certified to deal with the obstacles that had presented themselves to us. As an employee, we do much more than just maintenance. He makes sure that we get everything we need to do the job on time. He's not just my boss, but a friend as well. He always puts a touch of elegance in all of his properties. Our place was nice and comfortable.When it came time for us to purchase our own home, he worked as hard as he could.Even though he'd be losing a tenant, he did everything in his power to help us achieve our goal.

We rented a property from Morey for a year, only had one problem in that time, heater went out during a deep cold spell and they were out the next morning to get it fixed for us. He was always available to answer any questions and even after we moved out always answered my calls and had great communication. We left the place clean and they refunded all of our deposit. that's a first! highly recommended.
