this is the most unprofessional, most unorganized contents cleaning company I've come across. they don't show up when they say they're going to which hurt me at work, and constant rescheduling. i couldn't deal with them. I do not recommend this company at all.

I use to work for this company and these people are crooks. Don't let them take your items please. They will lose and steal your items.They hire a lot of Spanish people who barely know any English to grab and clean your stuff. They also don't pay a lot of the folks when these people decide to leave or quiet. They get over on them because they can't speak English. A lot of the people that decided to leave or quite don't get their last paychecks. Please take your business elsewhere, they don't care about your items or you. They only care about you signing that contract so they can over charge your insurance for cleaning. This company does not care... read full review

Absolutely awful. When I had a flood, this is the reclamation team my insurance shode. It took them over a month to actually pickup all of my damages items (after no showing at previously set times the week before). Then I just didn't hear ANYTHING from them and neither did my insurance who put in a complaint against them. They would not answer phone calls and almost never email back. I know they still had my stuff, because they used the Spotify connected to my damages TV. (And they continued to like about 50 songs) they finally got back to me a month ago, (8 months after my flood) and asked if I wanted my stuff back (yet their inventory was missing multiple... read full review
