For them Gainz Fitness is one of the only cost effective personal training businesses around, that allows you to see results, even if you only train 1X a week like myself. I’ve been working with Berto since September and was able to drop my waist by 2 inches! I appreciate Berto explaining nutrition to me day one, and coming up with a personal nutrition plan for me to follow.
Berto is an amazing trainer, and on par with the last trainer I had. My story is irrelevant in this review except the fact that what I came here for is happening. After one month, I am already improving in a lot of ways. I have let myself go and ended up around 400 lbs. I am on a journey to see that change for good! One other thing that is worth mentioning is I am not religious in any way, shape, nor form, and I was accepted by Berto. He treats me like his equal, and is always there for me if I need to contact him. He is authentic and genuine, and that is a HUGE plus in my book! Thank you for everything, Berto! I will see you Monday [and so on]! :D
From the time I entered the facility I instantly felt at ease as Berto was listening to one of my favorite Christian bands- Hillsong. I enjoyed the level of personal attention and attentiveness that Berto provides!
