East to schedule, short to no wait upon arrival, desk staff is helpful and friendly, vet tech is always awesome and dr Cole is thorough while making sure I know all the options and costs. I would never go anywhere else for my pets.
I've been coming here for 40 years and I no longer live close by. I use emergency vets near my house when necessary, but primary care will always be at Evans East Animal Hospital. Upfront costs, often have a options to work with financial situations for emergency services, and are easy to get ahold of to talk over the phone about concerns.

We came here for emergency services when our dog fell into a burr bush on a walk and poor guy got burrs all in his coat and feet. He was a poodle with curly coat, so they all got caught. We then came here for two rotten tooth removal surgeries. Every time my dog was treated well and they were very patient and helpful with the process. Recovering from the surgeries both went fine and they were careful due to his heart murmur with anesthesia.

Everyone here is awesome. The whole vibe is an entire group of people that love animals and love what they do. It's always easy to get an appointment and somehow they'll spend as much time with me as needed, and I'm never left waiting for long. It's rare to find a place where literally everything is excellent every time but they just nail it consistently.
