Partnering with Chad from Elite was an outstanding experience! After a recent hail storm (June), I noticed a significant roof leak. After handling it the best I could, I began researching roofing companies that could come out to my home and investigate the cause, repair, plus evaluate my roof for any additional damage. The first company I met with did find the cause of the leak, said they fixed it, and claimed I needed a new roof. They then ghosted me and wouldn't respond to my messages asking what was next. I am blown away by the professionalism and kindness of Doug at Elite Roofing and Solar. I needed an honest opinion of the condition of my roof. Doug provided me with a roof inspection that surpassed my expectations and let us know our roof was in good shape. The inspection contained over 60 photos and he didn’t charge me. This was a blessing to our family and I would highly recommend this very honest company and Doug!
