I have been through a few sessions with Gabriel and am thrilled with the progress we have made together! I have had low back and neck pain that I had just resolved myself to living with. Gabriel has taught me such valuable things to heal myself. Amazing! He has a gift, and his very calm demeanor is nice to work with.

I was hit by a car while riding my bike. Gabe helped me find balance in body using his wisdom and Somatics. I feel so much less tension in my body. In fact, I feel a soft openness in my body. Thank you, Gabe!!

Elevated Somatics is focused on solving problems; problems that don't show up on x-rays and MRI's, that don't respond to traditional therapies and won't be fixed by pills or surgery. Problems that are physical and emotional, spiritual, mental, and often all of the above. Or, more simply, somatic.
