Both my mother and I have been using ECS since 2020 and they have been lifesavers on more than one occasion. My mother has always received quality, kind, compassionate, and professional services over the years. All the staff are wonderful and helpful and getting service lined up has always been easy. I absolutely recommend ECS for anybody looking for help. I can say that their services have helped to improve my mother's life and helped her to maintain the independent lifestyle she chooses to live with as little intrusion as possible.

I seriously dislike leaving negative reviews, and rarely do it. In this case however... I feel responsibly compelled, because: Elder Concierge was 1st recommended by the hospital where I was having a procedure performed. So I called, the owner was nice and seemed to be listening to me. I expressed my primary concern as being a clean and contagion limited vehicle, i.e. good masks, actually wearing the masks, and a regularly cleaned vehicle. At least to Uber standards. So, I asked and it was confirmed that EC of course far-exceeded Uber's level of sanitary, because after all, "elders, immune compromised", etc. Twice this was confirmed. "Great!"... read full review

Elder Concierge staff helped my sister-in-law immeasurably for several years as her health declined. My wife and I live in Connecticut and were struggling to help from a distance.While not a health care service, Elder Concierge staff (Heather McGuire particularly) were fabulous as companions and problem solvers. We asked them to do all manner of things. They were helpful, direct and clear as to what they could not do and amazingly and constantly efficient at those things they agreed to do.My sister-in-law's life was made much happier by the staff at Elder Concierge and we are forever grateful to them for carefully, imaginatively and caringly being her friend and... read full review
