Egress Inc is a ‘class act’: from our first contact with the estimator, Cody, throughout the installation directed by Alex to resolving unanticipated issues (unidentified cables not detected by the city ‘locator’ and NO help from Xfinity) involving multiple discussions with the owner, JC, these guys and their office staff were personally involved, polite, helpful and above all competent. It was a pleasure dealing with them all in every respect. Their price was not cheap but I was provided a military discount at the onset which was much appreciated! I most highly recommend them without reservation.

The team at Egress, Inc. was very professional and responsive. We had a sump pump installed and an egress window in our 1940’s home. The work was immaculate! (Cleaner than how they found it!) They even regraded around the perimeter of the whole house as part of the project. I highly recommend them for their work and professionalism.

Needed help finding window well covers for a client and called this company. Although they don't do just cusom covers, they gave me the contact info for the company they use. Thank you so much for wanting to help instead of blowing me off.
