They try to kill you here, but they do it with grace and kindness. This gym is awesome. Circuit is top tier and their rooftop yoga is fun. 10/10 would recommend if you want to sweat (a lot) and have a good time.

Hands down my favorite gym in Denver!! I love the circuit and rescon workouts (I am not much of a yoga gal but my husband loves the yoga too) and they keep playlists and workouts spicy! Such a great way to keep workouts interesting and I never get board. I also love how encouraging the coaches are, keeps me coming back every week!

Duality is my absolute FAVORITE workout studio in Denver. I’ve been a member for over 2 years and can easily say I’ve found more than just a good workout here. I keep coming back not only for the killer workouts, but for the community and for the amazing people I’ve met. The coaches are guaranteed to push you, with their positive affirmations and amazing music. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to try a new workout or if you want to push yourself even further!
