Our washer and dryer are on the fritz and we are waiting for a part, so we took our essentials here for the drop off wash and fold service. My husband was greeted at the door, and as a new customer he was fully explained the easy procedure of drop off/pick up. When he picked our laundry up we were given a bag with name tag so we can drop off for future use - A+ for sustainability. Shout out to the person who threw in the extra Jack Skellington surprise with our pickup -- it made my entire week and I hope you read this! Highly recommend for the attention to detail and the friendly service - we'll be back!

I made multiple attempts to rectify this situation with corporate and the manager but no assistance was provided. UPDATE - Theresa reached out after seeing this post, please see below... I dropped off my bridesmaid dress with one food stain in September 2018 with the intention to sell it. I didn't check the dress when I picked it up, but kept it in my bedroom closet fully encased in the plastic bag with every intention of posting pictures to Poshmark. Fast forward to July, I finally get the dress out to post and I see dozens of dark stains.
