“I've been seeing Dr. Litvak for many years. The most professional and comprehensive dental care I've ever had. He mentioned I might have sleep apnea and I got tested and found out that I do! Amazing! Incredible team. I get frequent cleanings, and I've gathered from just being around the office chitchat that they treat a lot of patients who are dentists and dentist's family members. “Simplified conclusion: if you need to have any ties cut, this seems to be a great place to have that done. We liked Dr. Chad, and our infant daughter handled the lip frenectomy like a champ! But get multiple opinions from other sources on each tie to make a decision before proceeding. Detailed info: As someone who read the few bad reviews right before our appointment with CTT, I was a little nervous, definitely skeptical, and very much ready to back out of the whole process if necessary. But here's what I took away from start to 1 week post-op for my 6 week old daughter's frenectomy: - I went into it expecting they would tell us she has ties in all the places that could be cut. I believed she needed her upper lip cut and that was it. I had seen her tongue frenulum and was not concerned that it needed to be lasered. While they did say she needed her upper lip and tongue cut (and possibly upper cheeks depending on mobility post-upper lip laser) they agreed that her bottom lip was fine. This made me feel a little better that they could admit, in part, that she didn't need everyyyything cut. -Yes, they do give you a long and scary list of "this will happen if you don't" proceed things, and I'm sure they are all real and possible symptoms of severe ties, but I don't believe they are guarantees for every person with a tie. -The initial process: after they looked in her mouth (they tried to make it quick for our squirmy infant) they reviewed what they thought should be done and why. I told them I agreed with the upper lip and that was all I wanted to have done. Dr. Chad was understanding and did not try to convince me otherwise. He said we could see how our daughter did after the lip and then decide from there about the tongue. -The procedure- you go into a warm room with calm music and they review what they're going to do. They swaddled our baby and then had an additional safety strap on top. They placed goggles on her since the Co2 laser emanates a small amount of radiation. My husband was able to sit on the same chair and place a hand on the legs of our baby during the procedure (I couldn't bare to watch). The whole things took about 10 seconds and our baby really only let out one big cry and then was a little fussy because she wanted to nurse. We got to take her back into the other room to nurse and she did great. Before you leave they make sure you know how to stretch the area that was lasered to prevent reattachment. The wound looked painful to me, but our baby didn't seem too bothered. -Second opinions: our lactation specialist was the one who referred us to them due to some mild breastfeeding challenges. She was accepting of CTT's opinion as well as our decision to only have the lip cut. Our pediatrician felt that none of the cuts were necessary (we didn't get seen by her until after we already had the lip done). She explained that while it is sometimes necessary, frenectomies have increased by 800% in the last number of years!! She read that stat to me from an article she received the doctor who owned the pediatric office. They are a lucrative business and can convince people of unnecessary issues. Because our baby is growing just fine and can stick her tongue out past her gums (and really has a very normal lingual frenulum), it was most likely unnecessary for her to have that lasered. -Post Op: our baby had barely whined with the lip stretches, they are worse for me having to do them to her! She is healing very nicely. Dr Chad followed up after one week and was very flexible with us when we needed to switch (last minute) from an in-office visit to a virtual visit. He has continued to be understanding about our decision to only have her lip cut. I really haven't noticed a huge difference with her nursing, but hopefully it will help her more long-term.“

After 67 years and many dental experiences in 3 states, I thought it was normal to feel the next day as if someone had “punched me in the jaw.” I have had many fillings, root canals, one removal and implant.

Dr. Dave is my dental Super Hero and Trisha his executive/dental assistant my Super Heroine!

He investigated the situation and presented each option and listened to how I felt and what I wanted.

They listen, they care, they answer your questions: They are in service to their patients.

Dr. Dave is a real doctor.

Then he not only fixed that mess and saved 3 teeth, he offered me multiple options on how to correct my misaligned jaw.

I chose the option—they never pressure you— to have 7 caps put in at once to preserve what was left of my old worn down teeth and to correct my bite.

In addition he added a little bonding on my front teeth that made me look younger! My teeth have never looked so nice and it all looks natural. I like my smile now. ?

He is the most gentle with numbing needles and I was shocked the next day when I literally had no pain after all that work!

I completely trust him after having had multiple traumatizing dental experiences.

If you want cosmetic work that looks natural, you have found the best.

I love going to his office mostly because of this talented team, they welcome you like family, but also because the office is so perfectly designed and is inviting like a home.

“Trust & Truth: hard to find in a dentist. That's what I have here, as my dad was a patient of Dr. Pare's for *34-YEARS* - since 1987. In parallel, Dr. Pare knows my childhood dentist, Dr. Reznick, or Dr. "Poo," to all those who know him. It's very reassuring coming here, knowing Dr. Pare is not going to recommend superfluous / excessive cleanings, fillings, or crowns, and that he always cleans my teeth himself. Over the past two years since I've become his patient after my dad passed unexpectedly in 2021, I've asked Dr. Pare a variety of questions - about my fillings & crowns - that I had done in DC, California, and Texas, about whitening, sensitive teeth (he recommended Sensodyne, which helped), and potentially Invisalign (which he said I don't need). Once, I had pain after eating & flossing my gums in between tooth #3 & #4, and he recommended gargling with salt water, which helped. I think I somehow got popcorn stuck in between my teeth & gums. I like how he's honest, and has practical solutions. Any question I've asked him, he's been able to answer so far, and while I haven't yet had him replace or do a filling or crown, I also appreciate that I haven't needed one, either! So far, so good, and I like knowing that Dr. Pare is honest with me. His office staff is also really great - including Pat, his wife & office manager, and Kevin, who's also been with his practice for decades.“
