First time using Dean's and I was so impressed by the whole process. Easy to schedule online, even as a new client. My Chewie had NEVER been groomed in his 2.5 years and he did great with them! Both of my boys look amazing, thank you all so much. The folks were courteous, friendly, and on-time. Price was reasonable. I'll be back!

Thought I was leaving my dogs in a safe place. Hopefully they were A-okay.The groom looked AMAZING!!! When I went to pick up my pups... Gloria was SCREAMING LITERALLY AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS SEVERAL TIMES at a Scotty dog that she said bit her and she showed me her hand with the bite. SCREAMING at him!!!???Naturally that is awful to have a dog bite you. Not certain how groomers handle bites, But if my dogs heard that, they would be terrified!!! Only hesitation in going back. Seems there would be a better way to handle the poor Scottie. I told her maybe he hurts somewhere...of course I feel bad for her too...but not okay with her behavior...Hope she talks with the owner...read full review
