I worked with Mark D. today. He was so kind and helpful. He really helped me wrap my head around my project! I didn’t have an account so I was just looking at tile. Despite not being ready to purchase he was still so incredibly helpful!!! We are remodeling our house so I’ve been shopping around. His helpfulness sold me on daltile!
OTR DRIVERS, they have over night parking on their south lot,they open at 7am to check in. unloading may be slow due to having to wait for them to finish loading truck going out for the moring but other then that good place, the staff are pleasant. the docks are off of huron street and their south lot is very big.also their is a little bar down the road within walking distance and the have good wings and other food.
I've had an account at Dal Tile since 1983 which is probably one of the longest active accounts there I suspect. This is a great place to do business with and they've been here forever and I'm sure we'll be here for forever more
