This place is incredible. I went once before for just a sauna, but this time I went for the lymphatic roller, sauna, and the red light therapy. Do the triple combo. I cannot tell you how worth it it is to do all three of those at the same time.
The pricing is incredibly affordable for what you’re getting in my opinion.
The staff are awesome. The rooms are clean and not too small.
Do yourself a favor and check it out if you like hitting a sauna or any kind of recovery therapy.

I went for the first time last week and LOVED it! That infrared sauna was EXACTLY what I needed. It's a very clean and calming environment and I will definitely be returning. Everyone should experience this at least once.
Great facilities, super kind service. My wife and I dropped in for the lymphatic massage and sauna after a long day of travel and had a wonderful experience. Laura was amazing and made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Denver!
