Technician came out to inspect an A/C unit that had been tripping off. A large well know. Company in the area had been out 3 times and kept trying things that didn’t work. The technician from Custom identified the source of the problem fairly quickly, and on his first visit. Needless to say, we were very pleased!
I am pleased with the response from this company. The technician arrived on time and completed checks on both my furnace and air conditioning system. The cost was fair and not a penny more than was estimated when I called to schedule the appointment. I will definitely call again when I need help.
