I called out for service today for an appt at 10. Izzy was professional, courteous, friendly, and on time. He laid out everything clearly in terms I understood. Fully understanding most customers won't know the HVAC jargon, he broke it down for me perfectly. I also appreciated him not using any sort of up selling. Did his diagnostic, explained the issue, and let me decide. Total time around 2 hours ish. Very fast. The pricing was more than fair when I did comps. All around great experience. 10/10. Shout out Izzy.

Our AC stopped working this summer and we called Controlling Systems. Izzy came out to our home and within no time our system was up and working again. Izzy went above and beyond to fix our AC. He not only fixed our AC but he was incredibly kind. We will be using these guys for the future again and again. We will be recommending them to everyone we know!

Everything went great with install.
We had some problems that turned out to be a bad motherboard in our furnace. It took some time and a few days of missed work but Controlling Systems took care of it in the end.
Rudy was my last tech. Very nice guy, knows what he is doing.
