We had a wonderful experience with Competition RV. We have a 15 year old Sprinter van that the AC/heat pump went out. This style is not common now days. They scoured the country to find one, and that it would fit inside the roof rack. They worked with us to fit in our busy travel schedule. I had an issue on my RV on Friday. I called many repair shops, but none of them wanted to fix it or were occupied.
I called competition RV, sent them some photos and they could squeeze me in on Monday.
No nonsense, they stayed on it right away and 2 hours later the issue with a broken sewer pipe was fixed. All new materials.
The bill was pricey, twice as much as I expected.
I recently purchased an older RV that needed work. Reached out to do many and most just said they couldn't do the work because of the age or size of it. I received a reply from Competition RV, and they were open to help.
The only reason I didn't use this shop is that I found another that came out the next day. It was in no way because they weren't offering assistance.
