I have had a very positive experience with Colo Realty and Prop Mgmt. I've worked with them for over 6 months now and find them to be responsive and communicative. They did a great job renting out my house quickly to a good renter and are always very quick to respond to my questions. Rent payments are always timely and the process is very smooth. I would highly recommend them.
When we moved, I had issues getting our utilities services set up, but Charles helped me out and got them set up for me. He was very helpful during a stressful time! Thanks Charles!
