I had a very bad experience in this place. I felt my head was on fire and I told them, but the guy doing it said everything was OK. The next day I had open wounds on my head. On the top of that they left my hair Red and it's not the color I have. Very unprofessional place. They charged me almost $200 for dying my hair and a haircut, expensive because they don't know what they're doing. I called the place and the owner wanted to fix it. I didn't want to get exposed to chemicals again after the wounds on my head. She said she was giving me the money back and she didn't. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I will NOT return to that place again! Bad experience. Not professional. I had my hair done there four times and all four times, they didn't let me do it like I asked the owner. I came back because I trusted the owner, but it was over.

Bad experience for me, lack of professionalism, the person who took care of me smelled a lot of Sigarro and stopped cutting my hair at times, because I was talking to a lot of other people, I was about to stop and leave the place, that was my experience.
