there was some confusion between my artist and myself when I got inked. probubly innocent enough, but upsetting when my tattoo wasn't right. I left a bad review and within 15minutes the owner called and talked to me! he was VERY professional and 1000% willing to make things right. I have a follow up appointment to get touch-up and corrections and all in all couldn't be happier with that level of care attached to the customer. what started out as an questionable experience is now better than if I walked out with perfect ink, cuz now I know I'm in good hands ALWAYS with Certified. 19 years experience, and a 4.8 rating on over 1200 reviews is why I went here.... read full review

absolutely wonderful people!! Luis at the front desk was very helpful and I absolutely love the tattoo work and it was a lovely environment to get one!
