They have their schedule on Mindbody, with prices and booking, only to find out that you’re not allowed to book a class without first having a PRIVATE SESSION. So it says $30, but really it’s $250. Wish mindbody would kick them off.
I tried Pilates to fix excruciating back pain - and it has given me back my life, health and happiness. I found Center Strength on recommendation from my Physical Therapist - and it is by far and away the best studio I've been to. Every instructor is well educated, personable and professional, they guide you through new movements and help you stay focused and accountable. Equipment and studio space are gorgeous, lots of space for ventilation, and good health practices - I feel completely safe here! Can't recommend it enough : )
Center Strength is remarkable for both Pilates & Yoga. For over 10 years I have strengthened my body with Pilates, but am now exploring Yoga with two very talented, amazing teachers, Stacy and Dominique. The Yoga practice is opening me up both physically and spiritually. With intimate classes and individual attention, I'm making the most of my membership and loving the results!
