Jason Paired me with Jeremy. I was super weary to see a trainer because as loud and funny of a guy that I am I do have a self esteem issue when it comes to my weight. The beauty is it is not a big crowded space so I can feel more confident in there when working with Jeremy instead of wondering what other patrons are thinking. Its a perfect place for someone with self esteem issues and these guys are super knowledgeable and not about the yelling. Highly Recommend!!!!!

Geramy Hobbs is a fantastic trainer. His help with my post-surgery recovery has been fantastic. His attention to the little movements to help prevent future injury has been key to my recovery and maintaining fitness levels. I would highly recommend anyone looking to increase their performance or help with recovery to reach out to Geramy. Great facility!
