This is an immersive yoga experience. The room is dark so it's easier to be yourself in poses, similar to SoulCycle's vibe. The music is usually very good and helps get you through the movements proposed in class. This is a fun studio! It is definitely worth a try. Get flexible !

Great studio and instructors all around, but would def recommend taking Laura Jean’s class! One of my favorite yoga instructors of all time and she has a phenomenal playlist as well.
