Black Swan is and will continue to be my go to studio- I have been practicing here for almost four years (I have a teaching license and 10 years of experience practicing yoga). I continue to enjoy classes here because of its low class cost (it says donation based but requires minimum $15 online to book in advance, still the best price in the city), my ability to walk here and for some specific teachers that just knock it out of the park.

I love this studio so so much.
The consistency of the studio is not in an expected practice or flow but in the uniqueness of the staff.
Clearly every teacher at Black Swan is encouraged to practice in their own style and feel comfortable doing so.
The result is a very dynamic, varied and rewarding experience for those who frequent the studio regularly.

I absolutely fell in love with this tiny hot yoga studio thanks to Vanessa and John. Both guide the class through the lens of reconnecting with the body, mind, and emotional state. I also really appreciate the donation-based approach.
