I desperately needed my carpets cleaned after my cat had decided to "leave his mark" in a few different places. Benjamin throughly explained the process and delivered amazing results quickly and kindly. Would highly recommended to anyone especially those with pet problems!
Huge shoutout to Benjamin and Armando for helping me with a flooding issue at a rental property. Benjamin was extremely helpful in explaining to me the process and what we should do to mitigate the damage. Even though he was extremely booked due to flooding in the area, he was able to get me in at 6:30PM the same evening. They did a thorough walkthrough of the flooded basement and told me exactly what he needs to do. He even helped move furniture to ensure no spot is missed. I'm also very very impressed that he took time out of his busy day to call me 2 days later to follow up. Let me give a LOUD shout out to:Benjamin's Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning 667 S. Grape720-526-7526 office 720-660-0010 cell/textWe got hold of him with our emergency - two inches of flood water in the bottom two apartments, hallways, laundry room etc. of our 4plex! He and his partner Armando got out there with a professional, van sized wet vac by 9AM, and had removed 1000+ gallons by 11:30. He was courteous, careful with the tenant's property (and cat), and kept us informed of the process and steps needed to solve the problem. Benjamin left a bunch of strategically placed fans to dry the carpets overnight, and will return tomorrow to clean and sanitize the carpets... read full review
