Huge shoutout to Benjamin and Armando for helping me with a flooding issue at a rental property. Benjamin was extremely helpful in explaining to me the process and what we should do to mitigate the damage. Even though he was extremely booked due to flooding in the area, he was able to get me in at 6:30PM the same evening. They did a thorough walkthrough of the flooded basement and told me exactly what he needs to do. He even helped move furniture to ensure no spot is missed.
