It's hard to find a barber, but Jose nailed exactly what I was going for. I showed him a few photos and he got the look even better than what he was shown! Truly a great spot with awesome vibes, vinyl collection, and might I add espresso! Worth the price, 10/10 would definitely go back. Nothing like getting lots of compliments on the new cut! I'm sure all the barbers are stellar, but Jose was a cut above!“

“It's been a month since my last haircut with Jake at BarberX and 5 weeks since my previous beard trim. I live in the Baker neighborhood and took RTD Light Rail downtown. I reached the last station and realized I would problem be late if I took the A train to stop near BarberX. So I walked thru lower downtown and reached BarberX just before my appointment at 1030am. So the I chose the free beer of Leinenlugel's Summer Shandy for a perfect after walk beverage. The vibe is cool with happy employees and effective AC. Jake (she) was very conversational. I got a great haircut and beard trim.“

“This review is long overdue! I originally went to Legends because of a negative review. The person didn't get the haircut they wanted... I saw the owner respond... they apologized and offered them a free haircut... The owner's ownership and response to an unhappy customer got me through the door, my guy Cordy has me coming back! 6-7 haircuts later and Cordy is the best. Cordy is awesome because we started off with some pictures of an older haircut I had that I really liked, and we've made changes along the way. He writes down notes so we know what we did most recently. He's also just an awesome dude who knows a lot about a lot of things... Anyways, at the risk of making it harder for me to book time with Cordy, definitely give Legends and the team for a look if you're in the market for a new barber!“

“We walked in without an appointment at 6:30 pm, actually on our way to Subway for dinner. My 89 year old dad really needed a trim. Alec eagerly said he would take Dad. He spent 20 minutes carefully buzzing and scissor cutting Dad’s exceedingly fine hair into a very nice shape and charged such a small amount that dad paid double. Dad has been dissatisfied and even unhappy after haircuts for the last year. Alec was awesome and Dad wants to go back to him! High praise!“

When me and my wife lived in Oregon for a few years, I would intentionally go months without a haircut until I came back to Colorado just to get fixed up here. It's worth the drive.
