Update** office staff says they will help you find an agency 30 days after a notice is given. This is a lie. This office staff doesn't even bother to try and hire people that want to work. Office staff lies to get you to sign the paperwork to become a client and then nothing happens. I had less than a week of care with this company. Communication doesn't exist. Staci was playing both sides of the coin. She was telling me that the office was trying in the office wasn't trying. Poor customer service.
Caregivers are worthless. They agree to do shifts then no call no show or cancel at the last minute.
