We have been using ATS for 2 years now and we are thrilled with how helpful they have been with any issues we have had with our database provider. They offer free webinars and quickly handle our problems. The price is very reasonable and I appreciate how well they explain how they reached a solution.
website seems messed up; client portal is broken; no one will answer phone - our subdomain under their control is broken ---- currently not bad service ---- no serviceUPDATE - finally got something going with ATS - as with many complex systems this issue involved ATS and three other companies to track down the issues. finally Randy plus reps from the others all got online to solve this issue. So upping overall to 3 stars because of the delay and 5 stars to Randy for his work today.
