William came out to look at our Air Conditioner. We had two other companies out before Applewood, both said bad compressor and wanted $6000.00 to almost $8000.00. William checked the starting capacitor first thing, one of the other companies hung an amp meter on a wire and said the compressor was pulling too much current so bad compressor (William did the same check and said there was no current so went directly to the capacitor). The capacitor was a bit pricey but I figured I'm also paying for the service and a professional to diagnose to issue. Can't say enough good things about William! Very professional and honest, a rare find in the service industry.
I think Applewood Plumbing made the right choice when they hired Britton. He resolved my problem in a very short period of time and was very friendly. I would use Applewood again.
Friendly, patient and very helpful in explaining expectations for work and pricing. Respectful - he insisted on wearing those plastic shoe covers even when offered that he did not have too.
