Dr. Tello and staff were fantastic during my mohs surgery. They answered all my questions and put me at ease during the procedure. Everyone was professional and friendly. 24 hours post surgery and the incision looks great, looking forward to the healed end result. I highly recommend Dr. Tello.
I had my recent skin check yesterday. I still think Dr. Thieriault is outstanding. What bothered me is my appointment was for only 15 minutes. It turns out when talking to others in the waiting room, we were all scheduled 15 minutes apart. This is how insurance bills apparently. Dr. Thieriault had an unusual patient so she was behind. I don't fault her. She was rushed. She is always personable and professional. On top of that, my one year appointment had to go 14 months. Excellent physicians should not be thwarted from being able to provide excellent patient care.
