We have worked with them in the past and they were able to keep our business on the new AC / heat pump installation. They are thorough and honest in giving us the information. Apex Clean Air came through for me 100%. My furnace went out the night of a huge snow storm and they came by the next day in the snow. They didn't even charge to come look because I got the work done with them so only charged for the part and small amount of time it took to work on. They were professional and amazing but the only one more amazing was Tyler my technician. He was fast, efficient and more knowledgeable then anyone else that has worked on or looked at my furnace. Alex came over to our place for an inspection of our ducts and HVAC unit and did significant testing of the units. He fully explained everything he was testing for, as well as the results of testing. He gave us full descriptions for how to resolve the problems and the cost of everything. We are very happy with the cleaning and maintenance that he provided and plan to continue to use them in the future!
