I had the pleasure of speaking with Ezekiel on Thursday morning. He was so kind and professional. He was very patient with me answering every question that I had and I had a lot of them. He even went as far as to call me back to make sure that I had submitted everything correctly. I truly appreciate his dedication to detail and his customer service. I wish that I could give more than 5 stars because he went above and beyond my expectations.

Everyone here is great and very responsive, but today I spoke with Ezekiel. Ezekiel was so so helpful and just a joy to talk to. You can feel his contagious smile through the phone and was very efficient with attending to my needs for my required school immunization record paper work.
