I had two sump pumps fail on the same weekend and flooded my basement. Brian came to my home the same day and was able to save my carpet and get them dry and had no water damage or mold in the surrounding area. They even helped me move some of the heavier equipment to my living room as well. Will totally use again if something similar happens to my house.
Brian answered my text right away and scheduled my appointment. He arrived on time. The cleaning was done thoroughly with special attention to some pet issues. My area rugs smell so fresh and look so clean, both the wool and the synthetic. Pricing was reasonable and affordable.
Brian was professional, knowledgable and respectful of our home. I could not believe how clean he was able to get my white dining room chairs and carpet.
